Winston this weekend.

I’ve been able to devote a few hours to Winston this weekend and here is the result.
He’s looking a bit grumpy and bored rather than defiant and full of history. Maybe I need a sleep.

There are obviously unresolved issues: the hands and background being the most obvious. The clock (with the time at 10 to 12) might well go; it’s a nice idea but a bit clever clever. The pillar has vanished, the map is coming into view.

Fun.

Nice work Trevor. There is something very alluring about seeing a work in progress. I like to see images where different areas are becoming more resolved (like the face) and other places where they are just coming into being (the feet)

Looking forward to seeing this progress. Great stuff!

Thank you. More soon. Its moved on since the last post but I really want it to go somewhere special. Winston is worth it. It might be time for something strong.
