The Bramble
Fill glass with crushed ice, add Hendricks Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and stir. Top up with more crushed ice. Then lace drink with De Kuyper Crème de Cassis by slowly pouring over fresh ice. Serve with two short straws. Drink more than 4.
The gimlet
2 oz. Plymouth Gin, 1/2 ounce Rose’s lime juice and garnish with lime wedge. Spill most of it and blame the shape of glass.
Move on to The Intrepid Fox (!?) and then another bar near Foyles.
Have a great time with 7 wonderfully disparate friends.
Feel rotten in the morning.
