Swiss mountains in cake



My daughter had a climbing party (see the former post for the invite). It was decided to carry the theme through to the cake.

Izzy and I made her birthday cake out of lots and lots of Morrisons Victoria sponges (on special offer), coloured icing, butter icing, whipped cream, Flake, Motezuma’s chocolate (in my opinion the best), grated white chocolate and icing sugar snow. I tasted divine in a not very healthy way.

So good I bought a kilo bar.
