    I love the Picassoesque painting. You maintained a likeness while having fun with all of the textures and patterns. The colors work very well together as well. And clever to add the old frame.

      Jeff, that’s a very good review, many thanks.
      I didn’t want anything too shocking. My watchwords were playful, harmonious and rhythmic. I’m told everyone likes touching the work, especially the glitter ears. The frames are fun. I’d like to make my own like I used to.
      I used to draw late Picasso style works a lot in my late teens; there was an exhibition in 1988 in the Tate Gallery that influenced me. Intuiative, joyful work, made almost with muscle memory.
