      Thank you so much, the background came from not wanting to paint the pot plants near the model as they were, that and those posh felt fabrics you see in World of Interiors.

        It’s exquisite. And it reminds me of the artwork of the artist of the Monty Python. The shading and tone and colors. Well done. 🙂 I’m an artist but I don’t paint. Just some watercolor here and there.

        Thanks again, it does have a bit of exaggeration and distortion. Watercolour is hard, try coloured pencils, or even watercolour pencils, they are fun.

        Oh, colored pencils are one of my specialties 🙂 watercolor pencils are great too, I used to use them often. I do mixed media.

    Thank you so much. There wasn’t many people in the class that night so I could move about and get an interesting angle. I’m now used to painting a full, nude figure, so when painting just a head I’m trying to make it as dynamic as possible, without getting in the way.
