Thought I’d see what I could do with the idea of him being a futurist, being modern, being ahead. Here he is looking back at his past, made up of layers of detail (like a biography).
Cold, clean, graphical and readable from a mile away. The idea this time was around the masks Bowie uses in his work. The colours on his face were chosen to subtly reference the Aladdin Sane makeup.
Again a bit too strong to be beliveable. I’ve missed out on his humour and maybe a bit of his sexiness.
This is NOT a real book cover. I had some spare time and decided to design one.
